Remove all unnecessary items from
furniture. As owners, many
times we have too much furniture in a
room. If you have furniture
taking up room, remove it, when it comes
to selling, we need to
make rooms appear larger.

Kitchen;
Remove all items on countertops. All
appliances and countertops should be
clean. Take all items off refrigerator,
messages, pictures, magnets.

Remove all items from counters, showers
and tubs.
Store these items out of site. Clean all
areas include the toilet.
Have matching towels.

Remove
pictures from your walls, fireplace
mantel, and tables.

placed away.

sure your closets are clean and not

squeaky hinges and tighten loose door

things to do when showing your home:

gutters, make sure they are clean.

for missing shingles on roof.

up paint.

1. Fix
any windows with broken glass.

kids play toys.

Remove any
animal droppings.

yard clean, remove firewood.

lawn cut at all times.

1. Paint
exterior doors, especially on the front.
